Recently, many customers have sent packages to our air freight warehouse without confirming with us in advance whether the shipment is possible, which has added a lot of unnecessary workload to the operators.

First of all, we would like to thank everyone for their trust in the ChinAfrica company, but we also hope that everyone can understand that the inspection of South African air freight customs is very strict and does not allow any infringing products to appear (such as products printed with Disney characters, bags that look like luxury goods such as LV/GUCCI…). Once such products are found, you will not only face the consequences of confiscating the goods, but the company will also need to pay a high fine.
Because, we reiterate again: no matter what product it is, you must send pictures for confirmation before shipment! If you do not send pictures for confirmation, and send it directly to the air freight warehouse, you will be charged an additional handling fee of 50 RMB, otherwise the package will be returned and will not be shipped.
