We are registered in China and South Africa

Chinafrica Express Ltd. is a China freight forwarder registered in both China and South Africa. How to verify us before you pay

You should not take any of this on faith — including from us. Before you send money to any China freight forwarder, including Chinafrica Express, do these five things:

1. Ask for the company name and registration details, and check that the entity exists
2. Ask for the written quote and check that it lists every cost line
3. Ask to see the tracking link for a live shipment
4. Read the reviews on our Facebook page and ask us for customer references
5. Confirm in writing who pays duty and tax, and what is included

We would rather answer these questions before you pay than explain a problem after. If your current supplier cannot answer them, that is your answer.
